Wellesbourne & District Lions Club was chartered (founded) in 1972 with 14 members and Warwick Lions being our 'Mother' club.  To-day we number some 23 members and are one of the largest clubs in our zone of 6 clubs. These other clubs include: Evesham, Redditch, Shakespeare (Stratford-upon-Avon) and Stour Valley (Shipston). Our patch is largely rural but encompasses the villages of Wellesbourne, Ettington, Combrook, Moreton Morrell, Lighthorne, Kineton, Barford and all communities in between.
